2 Rivers Foundation’s mission is to empower people to enhance health, overcome hardship and end hunger; not only in our local communities, but also abroad. Our vision is a world in which the most vulnerable people have the power to lift themselves, their families, and their communities out of poverty and create healthy lives for the future.
